Rest the exact time it takes you to do each interval in each set
EX. run 200 meters in 35 seconds, rest 35 seconds
run 400 meters, rest 400 meter time,
run 600 meters, rest 600 meter time,
run 200 meters, etc.
Score your total time for 3 rounds INCLUDING YOUR REST PERIOD.
