*Arm - Take measurement midway around the arm between shoulder and elbow. Let the measured arm hang relaxed by your side.
*Chest - Take measurement across the nipple line. Be sure the measuring tape is level from front to back. Ladies, make sure you wear the same bra/sports bra each time you measure. Also, once tape is around your chest bring your arms down by your sides.
*Waist - Take measurement across the navel, again make sure the tape is level.
*Hip - Take measurement around the fullest part of the buttocks and taking care to keep the measuring tape level from front to back. Feet should be side by side.
*Thigh - Take measurement midway around the thigh between hip crease and the top of the knee, again relaxed and not flexed.
